ASF抗原ASFV Ag RT-PCR キットでは、血清、血液、血漿、組織および環境サンプル中のASFV抗原を40分で検出できる。感度100%、特異性100%、GMP認証も受けた。
アフリカ豚コレラ(ASF)は深刻なウイルス性疾患で、豚とイノシシに影響を与える。最近（2007年以降）、アフリカやアジア、ヨーロッパなど多くの国で、豚、イノシシを問わず、この病気を報告されておる。2018年以来、ASFVはアジア、東南アジアへと急速に拡大し、中国やベトナムなどでは、ASFVが現地の動物養殖の大きな脅威となりつつある。
このキットでは、蛍光プローブPCR（RT-PCR）法を用いてASFVを検出するものであり、PCR中の蛍光シグナルの変化をリアルタイムでモニタリングすることにより、ASFV核酸の定性または半定量的な検出を迅速かつ正確に実現し、ASFの診断、モニタリング、疫学調査に貢献します。
