豚コレラとしても知られる古典的豚コレラ（CSF）は、家畜および野生豚の伝染性ウイルス疾患です。これはフラビウイルス科ペスチウイルス属のウイルスによって引き起こされ、牛のウシウイルス性下痢や羊の境界病を引き起こすウイルスと密接に関連しています。 CSF ウイルスの血清型は 1 つだけです (CSFV)。 CSF は、OIE 世界獣疫事務局 (OIE)陸生動物衛生規定に記載されている疾患であり、OIE に報告する必要があります ( OIE 陸生動物衛生規定)。
現在、CSFはワクチンによって厳密に管理されています。一部の国では、この病気はすでに根絶されています。群れの健康状態を監視するには、血清力価の定期的な検査が必要です。
